2014 Meo-Camuzet Frere & Soeurs Nuits Saint George 1er Cru 'Les Perrieres'

Winemaker Notes: The 2014 Nuits St Georges Villages used to be the domaine bottling until Jean-Nicolas decided to commence uprooting the parcel and felt he needed to augment the remaining vines with other fruit, which he confessed he has found difficult. The nose is perfumed and floral, nicely defined with a touch of undergrowth coming through. The palate is medium-bodied with slightly dry tannin, strict and linear, and perhaps needing some more length on the finish. This is a pretty Village Cru that will drink nicely over 5-6 years.
